Shipping:

Orders usually process and ship within 3 days of purchase. Notifications will be sent keeping you up to date on the status of your order and package.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting an order. If an address is entered incorrectly and returned to us, we will not be responsible for repeat shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your Thirteen Seven shirt, returns or exchanges are accepted on any unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered merchandise with all labels and tags intact within 10 days of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To begin the return or exchange process, please send an email to info@thirteen-seven.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

A notification will be sent once we receive the item and inspect it. If your return or exchange is approved, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of approval. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
